The Menu

Dining at The Table is about more than just the meal — it’s about connection, storytelling and sharing the experience together. Recently awarded 1 Star by the WA Good Food Guide, The Table celebrates the flavours of the region and the spirit of station life through thoughtful, produce-driven dining.

Led by Head Chef Toby Fisher and Pastry Chef Maree Fisher, everything is made from scratch with care, creativity and a deep respect for the land. Inspired by traditional station cooking, the menu reimagines classic dishes in a way that feels both contemporary and grounded in Bullara’s heritage.

Ingredients are sourced as locally as possible, with fresh seasonal produce from Carnarvon growers, seafood straight from the Exmouth coast, and beef raised right here on the station. The menu evolves with the seasons and reflects the rhythms of the region.

Just like the campfires that bring travellers together across Bullara, dining at The Table is designed to be shared. Guests gather at long communal tables, creating space for conversation, connection and unforgettable moments beneath the outback sky.
