Camping

Camping is where the Bullara story began, and it's still at the heart of the experience. Spread out beneath wide open skies, our spacious bush campsites welcome everything from swags to big rigs. Wake to birdsong and red dirt sunrises, rinse off beneath our iconic Lava Tree showers, share stories around the campfire and settle into the easy rhythm of station life. Choose from powered or unpowered sites, with potable water available throughout the campground. We're also proudly pet friendly, so your four-legged travel companion is welcome too.

Safari Huts

Tucked away among the gum trees, our Safari Huts offer a peaceful retreat where you can slow down and settle into the quiet rhythm of the station. Thoughtfully designed for comfort and privacy, each self-contained hut features a queen and double bed, bathroom, kitchen, lounge and a private veranda with a barbecue. Spend your days exploring the Coral Coast or simply relax with nothing but birdsong and the breeze for company. Whether you're seeking adventure or complete stillness, the choice is yours.

Bell Tents 

Experience the best of camping, with all the comforts already waiting for you. Our Bell Tents offer a simple, comfortable way to immerse yourself in the outdoors, complete with a cosy queen bed, quality linen and the essentials you need for an easy stay. Spend your evenings beneath the stars, wake to birdsong, and enjoy the unique experience of showering outdoors in our iconic Lava Tree showers. Perfect for those wanting the camping experience without bringing all the gear. Includes a queen bed, essentials box with crockery, cutlery, glasses and electric kettle. Shared camp kitchen, bathrooms and outdoor showers.

Hale Hut

Tucked away among the trees, Hale Hut offers a peaceful retreat for families and friends to relax, reconnect and experience Bullara at their own pace. Sleeping up to six guests across three queen bedrooms, this spacious, self-contained cottage features a fully equipped kitchen, lounge, bathroom and laundry, with air conditioning and ceiling fans for year round comfort. Outside, you'll find a generous veranda, barbecue, fire pit and hammock—the perfect place to unwind, listen to the birds and soak up Bullara's unforgettable night skies.

Shearer's Lodge

Stay in a piece of Bullara's history. Once home to generations of shearers, the Shearer's Lodge has been thoughtfully restored to offer comfortable accommodation while preserving its original character. Choose from single, queen or family bunk rooms, or book the entire lodge for groups of up to 16 guests. Lodge guests enjoy access to shared bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, lounge and dining area, along with a private garden complete with a barbecue, fire pit and veranda with hammocks—the perfect place to unwind after a day exploring the station and surrounding region. Whether you're travelling solo, with family or as a group, the Shearer's Lodge offers a unique way to experience life at Bullara.

Kapock Cottage

Set amongst wide open paddocks, Kapock Cottage is a spacious home away from home, perfect for families and groups looking to relax and experience Bullara together.

Sleeping up to six guests, the cottage features two queen bedrooms and one twin room, a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable lounge, bathroom, separate toilet and laundry. Air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout ensure a comfortable stay. Step outside onto the wraparound timber verandas, light the barbecue or fire pit, and settle into the hammock as the sun sets over the station. It's a place to slow down, reconnect and enjoy the simple pleasures of outback life.
